Procedure
Introduction, Apperception, & Motivation
Greet students, recall last topic, today's topic & learning outcomes, etc.
Learning Process
During this phase, the teacher conducts the learning activities according to the syntax of the model learning outlined in the lesson plan.
Closing
This learning session concludes with the teacher summarizing and verifying the conclusions.
Time Management
I estimated all the duration every syntax or step based on model learning outlined in a lesson plan. For me, effective time management in the classroom requires careful planning, clear communication, flexibility, and the ability to make quick adjustments based on students' needs and circumstances.
Challenge & Problem Solving
Communication is difficult between the students and me because of our limited language skills. To solve this problem, two kind teacher helped me in translating all instructions during the learning process. I used quite a lot of images and provide reading materials in Thai Language as it relates to content.
Class Management
I manage the classroom by creating a conducive learning environment and making learning enjoyable. To create a conducive environment, I build positive relationships with students by using positive reinforcement techniques and proactive behavior management to maintain focus and minimize distractions (interactive activities such as games, presentations, also group work)
