Summary and Suggestions

1. Purposes of Practicum

The program is designed to provide these benefits for aspiring educators from Southeast Asia. The SEA-Teacher project was a valuable program that provided me with a wealth of opportunities to develop my teaching skills and gain real-world experience. It aligned perfectly with my needs by allowing me to gain a broader regional and world view, while also exposing me to diverse teaching and learning situations. This exposure to different approaches helped me understand the value of flexibility in education. Not only learned new methods for teaching and classroom management, but also gained valuable life lessons and made new friends with Thailand's people so we can exchange our ideas to each other.
